I’m hosting a tour of the brand new Confluence! - this Wednesday morning, the chief planning and design officer of the Waterloo Greenway along with the Waterline architect is doing a guided tour of the new park along Waller Creek.
A new luxury hotel to open up in November - located at 5th and Trinity, Hotel Trinity is apart of Marriot’s Autograph Collection. It will open two new food & beverage concepts, one being called The Yacht Club which will focus on seafood.
AI-based private school signs big office lease - the Austin-based high school will be relocating sometime in the future to 121 W. 6th St. It’s current location, next to The Austonian, is set for redevelopment.
