I recently did a study for an owner at 70 Rainey Condos. The goal was to determine what the effects of the construction chaos had on the Rainey Street District home values. Stay in the Loop

• The Modern Tops Out - the last condo under construction on Rainey Street (and the rest of  downtown!) has topped out. Building was sold out almost instantly. There are 320 units across 56 floors. Expected to be completed in 2025.

• First & Last New Development of 2024? - Hotel Trinity is expected to start site demo by end of year. Located along E 5th & Trinity, a 13 story Marriott plans to open in 2026.

• Artists! Apply for studio space, exhibition and sales opportunities - Downtown Austin Alliance is seeking creatives to help breathe new life into vacant or underutilized spaces downtown.
