The Rainey Street area has undergone significant development, evolving from single-family homes into a major residential hub. Once complete in 2027, the district will contain over 4,600 residential units. The earliest project, Milago (2006), introduced 260 units. Future additions include 1,800 condos for purchase and 2,880 rental apartments.
